New Drop
In the old world, thieves, murderers, and scoundrels operated on the high seas, and were referred to as, "pirates."
These dubious men were the subjects of many tales, some promoted by the pirates themselves to instill fear. Other tales being told were not so welcomed. The men who had these tales to tell, usually ended up dead.
The theory: Dead Men Tell No Tales was widely practiced among these men of ill repute.
Here's the dilemma, these dead men did indeed tell tales. When you can become dead with the possession of a simple cursed coin, and still walk and talk among the living, well, that's a problem.
And so, it is our belief that it is living men that hold the keys to a pirate’s untimely demise. And living men tell all kinds of tales.
